Industrial Software Engineer
Industrial Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience programming PLC controllers, industrial robots and vision systems. From concept to commissioning — I build machines that work.
About Me
I specialize in PLC and industrial robot programming, including integration with vision systems, IT infrastructure and robotic applications such as welding, assembly, palletizing and pick & place.
My expertise covers the entire automation lifecycle — from software design and offline simulation to on-site commissioning, operator training and production optimization. I also actively participate in the conceptual phase of machines and production lines.
Currently based in Gdynia, working at Apator Metrix S.A. in Gdańsk, building robotic and automation systems from the ground up.
Skills & Tools
Selected Work
Automated welding of prefabricated wall, ceiling and floor frames using a welding robot on a suspended track. System includes automatic cart docking, touch sensing and a digital twin prepared in KukaSIM.
Automated welding of automotive gas tank brackets with parallel production of multiple tank types. System uses 2 welding robots, 2 handling robots, vision system, laser distance sensors and TouchSensing technology. Output: 300–500 tanks per shift.
Robotic palletizing line for electric vehicle inverters with full traceability. 6-axis robot with vision system and laser distance sensor handles two chain conveyor tracks simultaneously, integrated with customer IT system via OPC UA.
Fully automated assembly line for remote water meter reading modules with quality control and traceability. System includes 3 six-axis robots, 4 SCARA robots, 3 vision systems, laser marker, indexing tables and conveyor network. Cycle time: 12–15s.
